Wool House, the latest exhibition from Campaign for Wool is on at Somerset House and Melissa was lucky enough to be asked to be involved.
The Campaign for Wool is the world’s biggest ever celebration of Wool, taking place from the 13th to the 24th of March in London’s historic Somerset House. The 12 day showcase is to be curated by renowned designer Arabella McNie. From interiors and crafts, to the world of fashion, all aspects of our favourite natural fibre will be explored.
Leading interior designers will demonstrate the extensive use of wool fibre within their work across seven individual rooms.
Here is Melissa's 1.6m x 1.2m needlepoint piece, which she made for the entrance hall! It's made up of almost half a million pixels which have been converted into stitches.
