I know what you're thinking.... those two words - "boozy" and "raw" should NEVER be seen together! Well, in one way you're right. But, as a foodie, unfortunately, taste matters more than "being 100% clean", so; with lots of experimenting and many tubs of raw brownies eaten, one day, I decided to add some booze..... and yes, to answer your question, that day had been particularly stressful.... no, I'm kidding. I just fancied a change.
What I particularly love about this recipe is that you don't need to cook it! All it needs is a whizz in the "whizzer" aka food blender / processor and some time in the freezer. Voila! Bish, bash, bosh, you have yourself a boozy brownie.
