This quick and easy Swedish Supper is one I grew up with. It's fresh, it's tasty and works all year round, summer or winter.
To feed 4 people, you'll need:
x3 Cans of Tuna (drained)
x1 Large Tub of Creme Fraiche (500ml)
x2 Large Leeks
x 1/2 Lemon
Fresh Dill (A good bunch)
Sprinkle of Pepper
Pasta (dried or fresh)
Parmesan (to sprinkle on last)
To make this wonderful dinner, simply:
Start to cook the pasta. Chop the leeks into good chunks (around 2cm thick). Pop the leeks into a frying pan with a little oil and let them soften.
When the leeks are nice and soft, turn down the heat, add rest of the ingredients and stir continuously until everything is well mixed and the tuna has broken into little bits.
Allow the mixture to reduce over a low heat until you have a thick and creamy sauce.
Serve over pasta and sprinkle with parmesan! Yum!
